Shipping

All orders are custom made and packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase.

All jewelry is made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your jewelry to be crafted and shipped.

Once your order is ready to ship we will send an email with the tracking number. All national orders (USA) are shipped via United States Postal Service® (USPS®) and International orders via FedEx.

For orders shipped to destinations outside the United States, the shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer’s responsibility. 

WHOLESALE orders take 6-8 weeks to ship. All shipping costs are paid by the buyer, including taxes, duties and any other fee involved in the order.

Returns

You can request to return your order within 7 days of the delivery date. We will asses return items condition and determine if elegible for return if damage is not stated when requesting the return.

Please send us your return request to hello@odisseany.com and include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item/issue. All returns must include original packaging. Click on the OPEN FORM to submit.   

We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.

Please contact the courier to arrange pick-up, or drop off your order. 

Please mind that FedEx is for international shipments and USPS for national shipments.

If you purchased an Odissea NY piece from any another retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.
